You can book a car by calling us at 0303-8861191, sending a WhatsApp message, or using the booking form on our website. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, but we also accept last-minute bookings subject to vehicle availability.

For urgent bookings, please call us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For self-drive rentals, you need:

• Valid Driving License (Pakistani or International)
• Valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

For with-driver rentals, only CNIC is required. International visitors must present a valid passport and international driving permit.

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

• Cash – Pay at pickup or delivery
• Bank Transfer – Direct deposit to our bank account
• Easy Paisa – Mobile payment
• Jazz Cash – Mobile payment
• Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard

We require a 50% advance payment for confirmed bookings. The remaining amount is payable at the time of vehicle pickup or delivery.

Our fuel policy depends on the type of rental:

• Local Rentals: Car is provided with a full tank of fuel. You must return it with a full tank.
• One-Way Drops: Fuel is included in the package price.
• With-Driver Services: Fuel is either included or paid by the customer depending on the package selected. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). However, we also offer:

• Hourly Rentals: For airport pickups and short trips
• Weekly Rentals: 7 days with discounted rates
• Monthly Rentals: 30 days with significant discounts

No, we believe in complete transparency. The price quoted at the time of booking is the final price. There are no hidden charges or surprise fees.
